We begin the process by creating your Core Service Package, which is an all-inclusive fully managed website services bundle specific to your needs.
Your domain name is central to your company’s identity and online presence. It is your website’s address on the Internet – for example, our domain name is hyperquad.com. If available, you can register your company name, or any number of descriptors that make your business identifiable. When your potential site visitors type your domain name into a web browser, the domain name works behind the scenes to access where your website resides and then shows your site to the viewer.
Our managed services provide your business with a team of experts who tend to all of your day-to-day hosting requirements. Our flexible offerings are equipped to support your website through all of its growth, from powering new start-ups to high-performing, resource-intensive websites.
We handle the setup, administration, management, and support of your entire web hosting service. This reduces or eliminates the need for you to have your own in-house staff to take care of the operation of web hosting and all of the features we offer along with it.

We include a Domain Validated (DV) SSL Certificate with your core service package. We strive to make the process of website ownership easy and straightforward for our clients. Selecting and properly setting up an SSL Certificate to work with your website can be a daunting task – but don’t worry, we’ve got it covered! Website security ranks high on the list of necessities – we install and maintain your website’s SSL for as long as your site is serviced with us!
Advanced backup services are included with ALL of our managed accounts. We use sophisticated software to create full site and incremental backups to our cloud servers. Many service providers rely on backup systems that only save the file locally to the hosting account (an easier and more affordable solution) – but what if a server emergency that took your site down also damaged that convenient local backup?
We take the protection of your website very seriously, and do everything we can to ensure a quick reversal in that kind of situation. As such, we’ve invested in an advanced system that creates a series of rolling restore points on a nightly basis…just in case. These backups are kept for 30 days.
We include a site analytic dashboard with all of our managed accounts. One of the steps we take when setting up a new website is to activate and setup Google Analytics to provide clients with statistics, graphs, and user metrics. Then we sync it to your website control panel where you can stay current on how your website is being used to help make data-driven business decisions.
When it comes to professional email and other productivity software solutions, we have several options to choose from! Most of our clients go with our own branded HQ Webmail, which is a robust cloud-based business email solution that includes spam and virus protection. This service provides online web-based access through your browser, POP3, and IMAP for every account. Also included in this suite is a calendar program and online file storage!
For those requiring more extensive services, we offer Google Workspace (Formerly G Suite) and Microsoft 365 (Formerly Office 365) management solutions. Google Workspace is an integrated suite of secure, cloud-native collaboration and productivity apps powered by Google AI. Apps include Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet and more. Microsoft 365 integration includes various offerings of the online office apps – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. The desktop installed version of the Office suite is available on some plans.

Software maintenance is an essential ongoing process. Websites today are very sophisticated, and a lot of the programs most web developers use are open-source, meaning they are continuously being updated and improved by a community of developers. The software is not static, and their ongoing efforts improve its performance and features, as well as addresses bugs and security vulnerabilities. It is critical to keep all programs current to help ensure the best and safest overall experience. Clients on our maintenance / care plans will have these new updates installed on their website on a regular basis.
In addition to the website analytics provided in the Core Service bundle, for those on select maintenance / care plans we also provide an advanced monthly report that provides details regarding updates, security scanning outcomes, performance optimization, backups, and uptime monitoring.
One of our goals is to empower our clients with website management when they want it. You will be provided with access to your website control panel where you can edit the page content when you wish.
We also know there are some clients who are simply not interested, or don’t have the time to make those kinds of updates to their site. If you are on one of our select maintenance / care plans that includes site updates, just send us a work order request through your online portal and we’ll make it happen! That time can also be used for other site modifications (just not site redesigns or major feature implementations – those require separate, formal estimates). If you don’t have that kind of plan or need more time, we are available at an hourly rate as well.
There are multiple levels of security in place to help protect your website. It starts at the level of your hosting account with malware protection services. This means your account with us comes standard with a system that automatically detects and mitigates DDoS attacks, and scans for malware vulnerabilities. Along with regular site updates, patching, and backups, these services are a powerful combination to prevent (or recover from) security breaches.
For those on select maintenance / care plans, we build in additional layers of security inside the site management system by utilizing several security strategies and tweaking system settings to help protect your site. With these services there are additional regular security scans across all software programs, and in the event of a successful hacking (!), we will work to restore your site as quickly as possible and correct any discovered vulnerabilities.
For clients on select maintenance / care plans, we provide ongoing search engine submissions using sophisticated software that includes a sitemap generator. We create your sitemap, connect social media accounts, and interact directly with Google and Bing. The aim is to get more traffic to your site, boost your overall ranking, and help grow your business. Existing social media accounts can be connected so that shared content can be accounted for.
Clients on select maintenance / care plans have service time built into the plan, and are eligible to receive up to 30% off of our regular hourly rates. This time can be used on a variety of tasks, like editing content, swapping out images, posting blog content that you provide, add coupon codes, edit product pages based on specific provided instructions, and more!
