Our step-by-step process for welcoming you as a new client…

Initial Contact

Complete the free consultation form for a no-obligation meeting with one of our team members. We will contact you and schedule a virtual or in-person meeting at your convenience.

Discovery Meeting

At our formal meeting we will discuss your business goals, current website or technology setup, and budget. From there we will go into more detail about the project and your requirements.

Proposal

Based on the information we’ve gathered from our discovery meeting, we will send you a proposal. The proposal will include a detailed description of the project, the proposed solution, timeline, and the estimate.

Contract

Once the proposal is approved, a contract is presented to be signed and a retainer fee is paid.

Execution & Launch

Our team gets to work! We have an integrative approach where we have a collaborative communication network. Tasks are assigned to the appropriate specialists and your feedback is welcomed throughout the process. Any pending balances are paid by the end of this stage.

Maintenance

Depending on the nature of the project and selected services, ongoing maintenance and support is provided.
